Instructions: Plan on registering for class 7 to 14 days in advance before the first class begins to make sure you have a seat on the dates you want. Other ways to register and Pay by Cash, Cashier's Check, Employer Check, or Voucher. The latest pre-registration is required by 5:00 PM the day before the first day of class begins unless the class is marked "filled." There are only a maximum of 11 seats available so if you must have a certain date it is suggested you may consider scheduling this class 2-4 weeks in advance.

Audience This class is for PMPs who want to update their skills and take training they can report for PDUs.

This course provides participants the skills required for communication management of projects. You will learn the communication channels, tools and techniques of identifying stakeholders and creating a stakeholder register. This class qualifies for part of the 35 contact hours for project management certification prep course training.

Go straight up the hill to the first stop sign. It's the next building on the left after the STOP sign. You can park to the right of the STOP sign or in front of the building. There is always plenty of parking and it's easy. We are in the Regus building in the Unigard Park. Parking is free.
