Class Title: What Your CEO Needs from Earned Value Management (EVM)

What You Will Learn

CEOs’ are mainly concerned about performance of all projects. Whereas the finance director has concern with how much a project manager has spent and how more he / she will need to complete the project.

The participants will not only understand EVM; they will also distinguish what a CEO is looking for in EVM and contrary to the CEO’s desire, what the finance director is looking for. This class is based on practical examples and is taught using role play, and calculations.

The 4 hours of training includes building WBS, Defining Activities, Estimating Cost and Determining Budget. The EVM includes 12 formulas and their application in real life project. The discussion will also include risk identification using EVM.

Pre-Requisite: Experience in Project Management and or PMP® or PgPM Certification.
