This is a two day class.

The Microsoft Exam for MCTS 70-632 is still available.

Pre-requisite for the class:

(1) Project management experience or business experience

(2) Project training classes

The Instructor will give you an overview of critical paths, network diagrams, adjusting leads and lags, and Earned Value Management (EVM). You are going to be creating critical paths, looking at network diagrams, adding resources and more in this training.

You will finish the second area of learning which you started at the end of Day One. You will follow the instructor through these Official Microsoft courses so you will learn this area with ease.

Your access code to these Microsoft Online Courses will also give you the ability to keep practicing this learning for up to one year. This is a big benefit to you.
