Course Objectives

• Students will understand the foundation organizational items needed to create effective performance plans.

• Students will understand the guidelines of how to create effective objectives.

• Students will be abele to describe model of organizational performance management.

• Students will be able to identify internal customers and utilize strategies to improve performance.

• Students will understand and implement individual performance management strategies.

• Students will be able to identify the key implementation characterizes of a good performance management plan.

• Students will have techniques for talking to employees about performance management plans.

Go straight up the hill and follow the signs to 2018. It’s the Regus building on the left. There is lots of free parking to the right and in front of the building.
