Description

This class is aligned with PMI® Project Management best practices providing you with the fundamentals of project management improving your skills in managing small to large projects. It is 24 hours of training. The training will cover Project Management terminology and definitions, 5 Process Groups, 9 Knowledge Areas, 42 Processes, Outputs, Tools & Techniques, Inputs, and the Roles, Tasks & Responsibilities of the project manager. You will learn by Knowledge Areas.

Audience: Mixed. Beginner to Lead Project Manager

Class Objectives:

1) Provide best-in-class project management training to improve your PM skills or update them. Class includes 12 laminated, state-of-the-art workflows giving you project visibility.

(2) Prepare you for real life project management by understanding the processes that need to be done in order to manage projects; or by updating your skills.

(3) Provide you with 24 contact hours of formal project management education which can be used towards accumulative hours for PMI® Exam approval. (Note: Exam Prep is not included in this training).

(4) Give you training that enables you to immediately apply your knowledge to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your projects.
