Pre-requisites: You have already taken 35 hours of PMP® Certification Training or you are within a few hours of completing the requirements. If you haven’t taken this training before then please see our PMP® Certification Training with Exam Prep. If you studied project management prior to July 2009, we highly recommend you take the PMP® Certification Training with Exam Prep for best outcomes. This class assumes 100% that if you join that you have taken PMP® Certification Training.

Warning! If you have not taken a class that is not specifically a PMP® Certification Certification class please do not purchase this class. . Take our PMP® Certification with Exam Prep instead.

Who will benefit from this fast paced training?

(a) Those who have already studied Project Management based on best practices but did not receive Exam-focused training - however you covered all of the PMP® Certification training material such as project management general information, definitions, 5 Process Groups, 9 Knowledge Areas, 42 processes, Roles and responsibilities of Project Managers, Outputs, Tools & Techniques, and Inputs. This means you also covered Earned Value Management and Critical Path Scheduling.
(b) Those who need a few more hours for PMP® Exam Approval, although already have most of their formal education training that is required by the Project Management Institute. Again (a) above is also important here. If you are missing a lot of hours, or you did not study best practices for this Exam, please take the class for PMP® Certification with Exam Prep or you will not be able to keep up.
(c) Those who took PMP® Certification classes elsewhere and were not able to pass the Exam
(d) Those who studied for the Exam that ended August 30, 2011 and have reviewed the PMP® Handbook to catch up on the roles of the project manager.
