Audience: Any person who is joining a project team that needs familiarization with how project management works from a Start-To-Finish overview. Or if you need to hone your skills in this area, you will acquire industry best practices by taking this training class. So start off on a good footing in project management with this foundation class. This class can be partial fulfillment towards the 35 Contact Hours of PMP/CAPM Certification Prep training.
This is a one day course or two evenings.
Instructions: Plan on registering for class 7 to 14 days in advance before the first class begins to make sure you have a seat on the dates you want. It is an introductory class that
outlines key elements of the project management body of knowledge. In this class, the students learn the foundation fundamentals of project management discipline according to industry best practices.
Purpose: It establishes a comfortable knowledge of what project management is, the importance of project management, project management leadership and project management communication.
