This class is aligned fully with PMI® Project Management best practices providing you with the fundamentals of project management improving your skills in managing small to large projects. You will learn how to tailor project processes to fit your organizational environment. It is 35 hours of training. The training will cover Project Management terminology and definitions, 5 Process Groups, 9 Knowledge Areas, 42 Processes, Outputs, Tools & Techniques, Inputs, and the Roles, Tasks & Responsibilities of the project manager. You will learn by Knowledge Areas.

(3) Provide you with 35 contact hours of formal project management education which can be used towards accumulative hours for PMI® Exam approval. (Note: Exam Prep is not included in this training).
