Participants will learn the salient differences between Project Management and Agile Projecd Management. The 4 hours of training includes the process outputs, tools & techniques and inputs. Participants will understand where to use Agile Project Managements, and what is Agile's benefit. The discussion will also include were not to use Agile methodology and why Project Management is a better choice.

Pre-requisite: Experience in IT Project Management and/or PMP® or PgPM® certification.
