Manipulating & Effectively Using Project Network Diagrammming

Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of Project Network Diagrams. the 4 hours of training includes building PND, Analysis and Determining the Critical Path. The discussion will also include the application of PND in managing project schedules efficiently and effectively. Finally the participants will learn how to use PND to manage Critical Chain.

Pre-requisites: Experience in Project Management and or PMP® Certification or PgPM® certification.
