This curriculum was developed by Mo Haque, MSEE, MSEE (Electronic and Electrical Engineering), PMP. This class is greatly influenced by his many years of high visibility enterprise architecture modeling and Business Enterprise Analysis. Mo Haque,PMP is perhaps one of the most experienced Enterprise Architects in the U.S.

This is a great class for project managers, executives, managers, business analysts and others interested in course work concerned with business efficiency and aligning an organization's resources to mission, strategic goals, and objectives.

Today project managers are often carrying out business analysis projects. Throughout the course work you will also learn what parts of project management processes you will use while conducting a business analysis project.

You will also learn the "how to" of business analysis including the "how to" and "the why" of process modeling and add another skill set to what you already have in your "tool box." The "how to" is not the use of a specific tool. It is the "how to" of modeling for business analysis. And it's the "how to" of analyzing. This includes what you will model, and ways that modeling is often done, how you can report it, and ways you can report it.

In this class we take a project and break it down during the three days so you can visualize business analysis and learn the "how to" including the application of tools and techniques. SmartPath LLC does not base it's business analysis on "old school," previous generation techniques, but on the new generation of emerging analysis techniques that every business manager, executive, or project manager should know. Training is based on the way business is doing it's analysis today and what makes these methods so successful.
