How Often Will This Class Be Offered? This is the last time it will be offered for the Current Exam. Then it will be offered again 6 months after the New Exam Training Begins.

Audience: Prior SmartPath LLC Trainees who need to take the Exam and require a refresher or PM Pros who have done some training or have studied prior. See below for details. Time of Training:

(a) In Bellevue: 8 AM to 6 PM PST - one hour for lunch
(b) In Tysons Corner / McLean VA: 8 AM to 6 PM EST - one hour for lunch
(c) Virtual: Class time will depend what class you are taking. You will join either the Bellevue WA class or the Tysons Corner, VA class.

What you will receive:

(a) New materials currently used in the PMP® Certification Training with Exam Prep including Practice Exam questions in the knowledge areas will be mailed to you.
(b) 9 hours of Exam-focused training
(c) In class, another lot of verbal fast paced PMP® Practice Exam Questions that re-emphasizes the concepts
(d) Free coffee, tea and small snacks
(e) One free pass to do this class again within 30 days if you fail the PMP® Exam by joining a class that is going forward.

For Prior SmartPath LLC Trainees. What you must do before coming to class:

(a) Read pmWorkbook at least once and study the new pmWorkflows
(b) Do the special exercises in the back of pmWorkbook
(c) Complete all PMP® practice exam questions throughout the pmWorkbook
(d) Map all of the process outputs to the process they input by doing this on 42 sheets of paper. You will be given an example.
(e) Have pmWorkflow #12 and the formulas memorized including Cost Benefit Analysis
(f) Prepare your experience by going to pmi.org. Before submitting, highlight it, right click, copy and email to neredahaque@smartpathllc.com for review. It is our goal to have you pre-approved to take the Exam before class starts.

Prior SmartPath LLC Trainee Agreement
If you are a former SmartPath LLC trainee, by joining this class you are agreeing to do the preparatory work and agree to take your Exam no later than 5 to 10 days after class. This will be most effective for your success. If you have all the "must work" listed above done, then you should take the Exam immediately as possible after this Prep including the next day if you can. This class is going to "fly" so you need to be able to keep up.

Other Project Managers who want to join this class: If You are a PM Pro who has already studied the PMBOK® Guide on your own or have done certification training or other training aligned with this Guide, and you are joining the class closer to its start date, then do as much as you can of what's recommended for Prior SmartPath LLC trainees in the above list or this training will "leave you behind." It is fast and intensive as the class suggests. Minimally, read the book through, then get the practice Exams done as in class we will address the practice questions you need more help with. If you have time for anything else, do the rest. You can do the rest after training. Take your Exam within 10 days or less.
