Are All of SmartPath LLC's Classes Guaranteed to Run? (GTR)Once SmartPath LLC posts a date for training, it is guaranteed to run at the time of purchase.
If the dates are posted online they are not guaranteed to run - it's only if they are purchased. So sometimes, dates may be eliminated because no one purchased them and we may replace the training with another class or an organizational training. If there is a "Call first" after the date, please call first before paying.What to do if you're waiting for organizational approval?
If you are counting on dates you see online and are waiting for an organizational approval, send Nereda Haque, PMP an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let her know. Let her know if you need an invoice and leave organizational name, address, and contact to send it to. We will hold the date open until we hear from you again, but for no longer than 15 days or an agreed upon date based on our conversation with you. Invoices must be paid for prior to training. Please send your check to SmartPath LLC, 2018 156th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98007 regardless of whether you are attending class in DC or WA or by Live Video Conference.What to do if you're coming to class in just a few days after your organization cuts you the check?
As soon as you have verbal approval let us know, with the approximate date we would expect the check, credit card, or debit card payment. If you are very close to the training date please call Nereda Haque, PMP at 360-584-8614 or Toll Free at 1-855-SMART50 because if she's on location she may prefer you to bring the check with you to class.
